Workshop and about
All our Canvas Tote Bags (100% Cotton) are handmade to measure in our workshop in Europe, with the full chain of supply in-house meaning bags can be fully customised to match your wishes, brand, colours and artwork aspect ratios, and at competitive prices. Our capacity is up to 3000 bags per day, with a production lead time of about 14 days.
We deliver within Europe including Switzerland (6-10 work days with customs).
The traceability of our cotton is of paramount importance, with currently upwards of 10% of cotton in the European market originating from untraced regions including conflict zones.
Our cotton is sourced from a farm in Pakistan, and then woven and dyed with eco-friendly dyes in Poland. We have 5 different fabrics available, made in different weaves such as panama or twill weaves for our denim, with some pre-washed for a firmer textured fabric. For large volumes we can also dye the fabrics of your choice in your company’s pantone colours.
Personalized Tote Bags using Screen printing is one of the most commonly used and reliable printing techniques. We use two screen printing inks: water paints and paint plastisol. Plastisols offer vivid and highly saturated colours, with a higher mating factor due to the density – depending on the lightness of the cotton chosen for the print. We additionally offer gold and silver, and selected neon paint colours.
Printing can be performed on the entire surface with the maximum print format 51×51 cm, and smallest 2 mm.
Our bags are available in a range of over 40 colours, with an option to have fabrics dyed under a specific pantone colour for volumes of 2000+. The colour tones may vary slightly from order to order due to slight changes in colours and raw material used in production and depending on the yarn used.
All our products are screen printed in up to 10 colours (on light surfaces, natural or white), or up to 8 Pantone colours on other colours, or CMYK, and we offer a full colour separation service.
Guideline for artwork:
Create a vector file with texts and images converted into outlines.
The preferred formats are PDF (version 1.4), CDR, AI or EPS (illustrator CS5). We are not able to use bitmap files.
Choose Pantone colours from the Pantone C Colour Chart
